Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Requests made after this timeframe will not be approved. We do not refund opened, altered, discounted (these are final sale), or damaged products.

Returns are allowed once per order. Please make sure you return all parts at the same time. Once the return process is complete, you will not be able to request another return under the same order number.

PRODUCT CONDITION

Products that are not defective in material or workmanship and product packaging is unopened or unaltered may be returned. Products that have been in clinical uses cannot be returned for credit. We cannot accept returns if the product packaging was opened, glued/taped back or if there are any marks or writing on the product package; if there is ANY alternation to the condition of the product packaging whatsoever, parts cannot be returned for a refund or credit.

Step 2:

Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 working days (3-5 days will be added when during the vacations). After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will inform you return details by email or Phone.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the logistics company you choose. The items you send us should be resold.

If due to our reasons, the items are damaged ,incorrect or incomplete, we afford the shipping fee. (We can prepay the freight, or after Customer ship,they send us return shipping receipt,we will pay it.)

Note:

Please tell us the tracking number via email: wholesale@azdentall.com. after your return the package. We highly recommend you to ship your returning package in a trackable shipping method to guarantee that we can receive your package.  Don't return the goods by express, do not use DHL, Federal, EMS, we can not receive. We’re not responsible for the lost of returning packages. And please ship out your returned package within the next 3 days after getting our authorization email. Or else your package will be rejected, and which will influence your refund. Thanks for your understanding!!!

Refund Policy:

Once the returned item is received and inspected. We will refund you and we will send you an email with refund information.

If you just request a Return and Refund, we'll refund within 1-3 working days, to your original payment account (debit/credit card or PayPal).

If paid by paypal balance, can receive money on the same day.

If paid by credit card, Can receive a refund in 7- 15 working days, no more than 30 working days, depending on the policy of your credit card company.

Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee and other fees if there is no quality problem for our products. Or you can keep the product and negotiate with our customer service for the refund directly.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange Policy:

If you request a exchange, we'll arrange the exchange within 3 working days. And inform you of the processing time via email.

 

Order Modification/Cancellation :

All orders will be sent out quickly after you order. 

But we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes. If you want to modify/cancel your order, please contact customer service team within 24 hours after placing the order.

If more than 24 hours, shipping companies will not return the package.The order can't be changed or cancel, you need to return the package back to us when you get it, after we receive it, we will refund the money within 1-3 working days.

Warranty:

Most of the products have warranty. Warranty of Equipment products is 1-2 years, other items is 6 months-1 year, you can contact customer service team if you need to know the warranty of certain product..
