Product Introduction
    This item is suit for hospital, clinic, home, office, laboratory, travel and so on. Autoclave must adopt distilled water as operation medium.Even purified water has various minerals and can produce furring scale after evaporation at high temperature,which,after a period of time,can lead to leaking of steam due to improper  closure. It can also lead to the clog in the narrow pipes and pressure sensor,to the malfunction of temperature sensor and to other failures. Once the furring scale enters hand piece and axis. lowering the turning speed of hand piece,thus reading its life span. Therefore, using distilled water is necessary. But since all the clinics are located far from each other. It is difficult for them to buy distilled water. Now with this Water Distilled Machine Provided, you have a reliable source of high quality distilled water as long as you input pipe water!
Matters Needing Attention
  • Before using this product, please read this manual carefully and keep it properly for future reference.
  • Do not immerse the machine head and base in water or other liquids, and do not flush with a faucet.
  • After the water in the distillation drum is dried and the temperature control is automatically protected, open the head assembly after an interval of about 10 minutes to avoid possible scalding caused by steam in the drum.
  • Before the product is powered on, confirm whether the marked voltage is consistent with the local voltage.
    If the plug or socket or the product is damaged, it is not allowed to dismantle the machine for maintenance without permission, so as to avoid the wrong connection of internal lines, resulting in power on short circuit and other hazards.
  • This product is not suitable for children, people with incomplete limbs or mental disorders to avoid injury caused by wrong use.
  • When taking out the head assembly or cleaning the product, first turn off the on / off switch and unplug the power plug of the head assembly and the host.
  • When using for the first time, add 1.0L of water and 2 tablespoons of citric acid into the inner tank of the main engine, cover the head assembly, power on and boil water for about 20 minutes. After pouring out the water, rinse the inner tank and distillation cover with clean water (the distilled water produced for the first time cannot be drunk).
  • During internal cleaning, it is forbidden to use hard objects such as steel wire brush to brush the inner tank of the main engine and the inner tank of the machine head, so as to avoid the damage of the inner tank surface and the formation of scratches, resulting in the accumulation of dirt in the gap with fine scratches.
  • When it is necessary to stop water making, you can turn off on / off without waiting for the water in the main engine tank to completely dry.
  • This product can continuously cool condensed water, that is, after the water in the inner tank is distilled, turn off the on / off switch, turn on the head assembly after an interval of about 10 minutes, add large-scale water into the inner tank of the main engine, and start the power supply again for operation and use, so as to cycle.
Instructions
  • Open the package, take out the whole machine, take out the machine head, and take out the accessories inside the liner
  • If it is a glass bottle, it is necessary to assemble the handle of the cup and ensure that the handle is firmly assembled
Steps for preparing distilled water
  • 1. It is forbidden to add the water level to the water level mark of the main engine
  • 2. Place the machine head on the host (check whether the sealing ring of the machine head is installed properly or whether the sealing ring is missing), insert the link (three plug) power plug of the machine head into the host socket, and insert the host power line plug (three plug) into the host power socket
  • 3. After confirming that the plug is correctly connected and firmly inserted, insert the host power plug into the socket
  • 4. Turn on the on / off switch, adjust the pointer of the temperature regulating knob to more than 100 ℃, the machine starts to work, and the head fan rotates. Enter the distillation state
  • 5. Place the water outlet nozzle of the main engine at the water bottle mouth. When the main engine is heated for about 30 minutes, distilled water begins to drip slowly from the water outlet nozzle of the main engine until the water in the inner tank of the main engine is completely dried. The automatic temperature control protection needs to turn off the on / off switch
Liquor Making Steps
  • Put the steaming rack into the inner tank of the host and put the materials used for steaming wine on it.
  • Place the machine head on the host (check whether the sealing ring of the machine head is installed properly or whether the sealing ring is missing), insert the connecting power plug (pin plug) of the machine head into the socket of the machine head, and insert the power cord plug (pin plug) of the machine head into the socket of the machine head.
  • After confirming that the plug is correctly connected and firmly inserted, insert the host power plug into the wall socket, and will be displayed on both screens.
  • Turn on the on / off switch and adjust the pointer of the temperature regulating knob to the scale of the required temperature according to the requirements of wine making. The machine starts to work, the head fan rotates and enters the distillation state. When the actual temperature reaches the set temperature, it enters the constant temperature state
  • Align the water outlet pipe of the main machine to the mouth of the water bottle, and the distilled wine begins to drip slowly from the water outlet of the main machine. After making, turn off the on / off switch
Cleaning
  • If the shell is soiled ,wipe it with a flexible cloth.
  • After each use of the main engine tank ,clean the residual fouling with clean water ,and at least burn the cleaning reagent (citric acid) recommended by our company every month.
  • Add 1.0L water and 2 tablespoons citric acid into the tank of the main engine , without covering the head component , boil water for about 30 minutes after electrifying ,then pour out the water and use it to clear rinse with water . If scale cannot be removed at one time , the above method can be repeated for cleaning.
  • If it is a plastic outlet ,it is recommended to replace it every 2 to 3 months.
Common Exceptions and Handing
  • No distilled water dripping
    1.The power supply of the host and the power socket of the machine head are not plugged into the socket .Please check and plug it again.
    2.Did not press the start button (the red indicator light did not go on) .
    3.No water is added to the main engine tank .
  • The amount of water distilled each time is not enough
    1. The water in the main engine tank does not reach the large water level mark.
    2. Leakage or poor sealing of the sealing ring of the nose assembly shall be checked , and the sealing ring shall be reassembled or replaced with a new one.
    3. No water is added to the tank of the main engine.
    4. The outlet nozzle of the machine head is not properly installed , which needs to be removed and reassembled.
  • The head assembly water boiling process shaking or water overflow
    1. The water in the main engine tank is too large, and the water level scale mark.
    2. If the head assembly is not installed in place with the host, it needs to be taken out and placed on the host again, and feel the placement effect properly by hand.
    3. The sealing ring of the head assembly is not installed properly, so it needs to be taken out and reassembled.
    4. The outlet nozzle is blocked by dirt deposition, so it is necessary to replace the outlet nozzle or clean the outlet nozzle.
